Thing-a-Day 9: The Mount of Transfiguration and The Olympics

Busy day…again. And my thing is quite utilitarian for use in my Sunday School story this week. The Mount of Transfiguration made of a coffee can, wadded paper, tape, and fabric:

And if I hadn’t been so tired last night, the opening ceremonies for the Olympics was quite inspiring. I was able to hold up the ol’ insta-camera to get Some visuals:

Epic.

And The Only Boy got inspired and created his own Olympics around the living room, including bowling and putt-putt. He topped it off with Olympic-inspired mandarin oranges. Love that kid.
